Outdated bathrooms are one of the most common upgrades for Bradenton homes. Joshua Scott Homes refreshes showers, tubs, tile, and fixtures so your bathroom is comfortable, practical, and built to last in Florida's climate.
Whether you're updating a primary bath, refreshing a guest bath, or bringing an older powder room up to modern standards, a bathroom renovation is one of the most rewarding improvements you can make. The key is planning the scope around how the room needs to work — not just how it should look.
Joshua Scott Homes helps you think through layout, ventilation, storage, and finish selections, then coordinates the plumbing, tile, and electrical work needed to pull it all together.
Reconfigure showers and tubs to fit how you actually use the room, including walk-in and curbless options.
Durable tile for floors and walls, selected for looks, slip resistance, and long-term moisture resistance.
Vanities, linen storage, and medicine cabinets that keep the room tidy and functional.
Brighter task lighting around the mirror plus ambient light that makes the room feel larger.
Proper exhaust ventilation to keep Florida humidity and moisture from damaging the space over time.
Grab bars, zero-entry showers, and comfortable clearances for safer, easier daily use.
A bathroom remodel involves plumbing, waterproofing, tile, electrical, and finishes — and the order matters. Coordinating these trades properly is what keeps the project on schedule and results in a bathroom that stays problem-free.
Joshua Scott Homes manages the entire scope as your general contractor, from the first walkthrough to the final inspection, so you deal with one team instead of juggling multiple schedules.
